Eligibility:
1. Licensed dental hygienist in Nevada
2. Outstanding leadership in local, state or national association and/or mentoring within the dental hygiene profession
3. Must be nominated by a peer
4. Must be a member of NDHA
Mentor of the Year Award
Deadline March 31st.
Detailed Information
Eligibility:

Awarded to a mentor from each Nevada dental hygiene association component.

Mentor must be a current member of ADHA.

Must be nominated by a second year student.

Student must write an essay including the following in a maximum of two pages.
-
Name of mentor, phone number of mentor and length of mentoring relationship.

Name of protégé and dental hygiene school.
-
How has your mentor helped you provide better care for your patients?
-
How has this mentoring relationship enhanced your life?
